Scheduling appointments? Yeah, there’s an app for that.

Scheduling appointments, confirming them, and planning to be there are all critical to prioritize. It becomes overwhelming to organize all this. I have good news for you, there’s an app for that. I recommend downloading the app, Cue to help track and make your appointments.

Cue app

How many times have we tried to schedule a meeting with someone over the internet and forget the details of where we talked about it? I try to keep topics like this in my e-mail, but which account did I use? Does this found familiar?

Cue is free to download on Apple and free to use for basic accounts. The app will ask for permission to use your (multiple) e-mail accounts, cloud storage files, contacts, calendars, and a fair amount of social media sites to choose from. When you give Cue permission to use these accounts, think of it as a second pair of “eyes”. Every account with mention of a meeting will be on a Cue calendar.

Cue daily calendar

Every day, Cue provides you with a daily log of the day’s appointments in between sunrise and sunset. Each appointment can display the e-mail correspondence or the location info based on the accounts you have given the app permission to use.

Another cool feature of Cue, is the spotlight search. To check the dialogue and history of a contact (if contacts and set accounts have permission access to Cue), a screen will display all that. This feature allows you to find a file sent, or recent events associated with this contact and much more on a quick note instead of searching multiple accounts.

A paid account of Cue is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year with all the features mentioned above plus premium access to apps. The premium features include Delicious, Reddit, Evernote, Salesforce, Basecamp, and more.

Finally, an app that has all my appointments and contact notes all in one place.

How do you schedule your appointments?
