Positive In = Positive Out

Every day this week when the rain put my morning routine behind, I had a choice. I could either adjust or let it upset me. Believe it or not, the adjusting took less effort than allowing the negative energy to consume me. That’s why I try to bring positive thinking into my life as positive things play out.

When you think positive, your brain starts putting your body in motion to be positive. This is a snowball effect to where you are on a roll. (Ignore the pun.) Do you know what I mean?

Staying in a positive state of mind starts by:

  • Being thankful for what you have
  • Repeating affirming words as your start your day
  • Smiling and laughing
  • Surrounding yourself with positive people
  • Not sweating the small stuff
